The SSB Odisha Lecturer Syllabus is available for download on this page. Candidates who are appearing for this exam will be selected based upon their performance in the following stages:

1. Career.
2. Written Test.
3. Viva-Voce.

The total weightage in marks given for Career Assessment is 75 marks. The division of marks for various categories is available in the official notification. Aspirants who get qualified in this round will be called for Written test. The Written test consists of 100 Marks. There will be questions asked from the subject chosen by the candidate according to their subject of specialization. The exam is of Objective type i.e it consists of Multiple Choice Questions. Aspirants who get qualified in this exam will be called for Viva-Voce. The Viva will be conducted for a total of 25 Marks.
