• Extracting relevant information from patient records.
• Examining documents for missing information
• Liaising with physicians and other parties to clarify information.
• Assigning CPT, ICD-10.

Qualifications&Required Skills:

• B.Pharma in Pharmacy, B.Sc in Nursing.
• Medical-MS/ MD in Pharmacology, MS/ M.Sc (Science) in Nursing, M.Pharma in Pharmacy.
• should have active CPC Certification.
• should come from a Paramedic background.
• Willing to attend direct training from the office
