Job Responsibilities:
- Addressing queries related to Payables and Receivables in the form of tickets received in ServiceNow.
- Admin support for all project management related tasks.
- Allocation of service desk requests to various departments.
- Updating of invoice transmission method.
- Managing and updating customer master data.
- Verifying the Vendor invoices and sending it for processing.
- Handling Dunning letters
