• Interaction with the customers and handle all the issues from end to end via Chats.
  Generating Leads.
• Upselling and Cross-selling.
• Helping determine pricing schedules for promotions and negotiations.
• Go the extra mile to engage customers in solving the issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Managing customer expectations regarding estimated response times.
• Quick and effectively build rapport with the customers, diagnose, and resolve issues.

Qualifications&Skills:

• Must be a Graduate.
• Candidates with a good understanding of e-commerce websites.
• Willing to work in rotational Night Shifts.
• Immediate Joiners are preferred.
