Job Description:

• Offering careers in major functions like Manufacturing, Engineering, Utility, Mechanical Maintenance, and Safety. 
• We offer a positive environment that provides a phased approach to training and experiential learning, selling, and specializing at our manufacturing units. Gain hands-on experience, while working with some of the brightest engineers in Aditya Birla Chemicals and accelerating your career dreams.
• Prior Technical Experience - Candidates having a minimum of 6 months and a maximum of 24 months of post-engineering full-time work experience in manufacturing units will be considered. 
• Education Qualification – Full Time BE / B.Tech – Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation from reputed Engineering colleges (AICTE Approved) 
• Development plan – Selected candidates will undergo intense technical learning programs for 6 months and post evaluation, they will be absorbed into full-time technical roles across the business.

Onboarding:

• 6 months of training, wherein candidates are exposed to Manufacturing, Engineering, Utility, Mechanical Maintenance, and Safety departments in the Chemical domain in a unit.
• Post 6 months, candidates will go through an evaluation process to be finally placed across different functions like Manufacturing, Engineering, Utility, Mechanical Maintenance, and Safety
